Welcome to The Nail Loft. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking.


Bookings

All appointments are made through our trusted booking partner, Booksy.

You may be asked to provide card details or pay a small deposit to secure your appointment. Your payment information is processed securely by Booksy — we do not store card details ourselves.


Cancellations and No-Shows

We completely understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for all clients, the following policy applies:

  • More than 48 hours notice: No charge.
  • 48–24 hours notice: 25% of the booked service will be charged.
  • 24 hours notice: 50% of the booked service will be charged.
  • No-shows: 100% of the booked service will be charged.

Charges are based on the full cost of the service booked.


Running Late

Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

If you arrive too late for your service to be completed, it may be treated as a no-show.
